1.2 Proxied Account Data

When you link an email account, we collect certain meta information to provide and improve our Services. This includes:

• Email address: The linked email address
• Encrypted access tokens: We store encrypted OAuth access tokens for your linked email accounts. These tokens allow you to access your email account through our service.
• Last access time: To show you account status in your dashboard

Note: We do not store your passwords, and cannot access any of the content of your linked email accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create and manage your account.
• Service Delivery: To operate and provide our email proxy services.
• Improvement and Analytics: To understand how our Services are used and to improve performance and user experience.

Auth-Email's servers are located in Germany – a location chosen because it has some of the best privacy and data protection laws in the world.

• Encryption: Your linked account's OAuth credentials are encrypted to protect them from unauthorized access. We do not store your password, so it is impossible for us to access your account
