Auth-Email server settings

Once your email account has been authorized in the Auth-Email dashboard, change the settings in your email client, app or device to use the Auth-Email IMAP, POP or SMTP servers. Choose your server and port from the list below to match the email provider you are using. If needed, see our list of client setup guides for help finding and configuring the settings in your chosen client.

If you are unsure which details to use, check the Auth-Email dashboard, which will always show the correct server settings for each authorized account.

Microsoft 365, Office 365, Exchange Online, Outlook, Windows Live Mail and Hotmail

Configure your client to use the server outlook.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL). If your SMTP client can only use opportunistic SSL/TLS (also called STARTTLS), use port 587 instead.

Gmail and Google Workspace

Configure your client to use the server gmail.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL). If your SMTP client can only use opportunistic SSL/TLS (also called STARTTLS), use port 2525 instead.

Microsoft 365 operated by 21Vianet

Configure your client to use the server 21vianet.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

Fastmail

Configure your client to use the server fastmail.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

Yahoo, Ymail and RocketMail

Configure your client to use the server yahoo.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

AOL and Verizon

Configure your client to use the server aol.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

Xfinity and Comcast

Configure your client to use the server comcast.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

Yandex

Configure your client to use the server yandex.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).

VK Mail and Mail.ru

Configure your client to use the server vk-mail.auth-email.com

  • For IMAP, use port 993 (SSL).
  • For POP, use port 995 (SSL).
  • For SMTP, use port 465 (SSL).
